以下の要領にて，臼杵コスモス病院にて地域医療連携ネットワークに関するセミナーを開催しました．

- 内 容：同病院を中核として構築されている「うすき石仏ねっと」について説明を受けた．本システムは，医療・介護機関間で診療情報を共有する地域医療連携ネットワークであり，多職種連携による地域包括ケアの実現が図られていた．また，患者の診療情報や投薬情報等を複数機関で共有することにより，重複投薬の防止や迅速な医療対応が可能となるなど，地域医療の質向上にも寄与していた．実運用されている地域医療情報基盤の一例として，今後の医療データ活用や医療DXの観点からも有用な知見が得られた．

- Description: The team received an explanation of the “Usuki Sekibutsu Net,” a regional medical collaboration network built around this hospital as its core. The system enables the sharing of medical information among healthcare and nursing care providers, realizing community-wide comprehensive care through multidisciplinary collaboration. By sharing patient medical and medication information across multiple institutions, the system contributes to preventing duplicate prescriptions, enabling rapid medical responses, and improving the overall quality of regional healthcare. As an example of a regional medical information infrastructure in actual operation, the visit yielded valuable insights from the perspectives of future medical data utilization and healthcare digital transformation (DX).
